During our first Lunch Club with Kanchana Weerakoon from ECO-V, the kids explored our garden, harvested fresh produce, and helped prepare a delicious meal—learning how food goes from soil to plate.
Here’s what we served:
🫓 Jackfruit flour roti with garden-fresh neera leeks
🍠 Tempered sweet potato
🥗 Papaya, radish, coconut & roasted peanut salad
🌺 Roselle drink with a coconut cookie
